I saw part of a A&E Biography on Lucas and the weenie said something like "in the end all I am interested in is telling a simple good story". Haha hehe jarjar The man who is **** bent on shooting megapixel video and doing special olympic effects cares about the story?? Yeah and I am going to shoot a ***** but not until I have a great story first.

That is quite ironic. Lucas is so heckbent on selling digital...NOW!, that he is going through what is known as the "bleeding edge" of technology yet he want's to profit as much as when he was "just a filmmaker".
In the meantime, it appears Lucas has created ridiculous constraints in hiw very own productions. Posed actors delivering lines. I read that Lucas actually took the jaw movement in one performance by an actor
and replaced the jaw movement of that same actor in the selected take!
Digital is currently very unforgiving when it comes to "gain" settings, and contrast. Lucas is a digital pioneer who wants a parade following him, NOW!
The reality is Lucas is a Digital pioneer who needs to bleed on his own, get it right, then let the masses come in and enjoy the digital amusement park he helped create.
In the meantime, Lucas IS hindering actors performances and good dialogue in the name of digital progress. There is nothing wrong with that, from a digital pioneering point of view, but to say the most important thing is the story becomes a bit much.

I just noticed in my last post the words h-e-l-l and p-o-r-n-o were censored. Give me a break
